Privacy Policy

Our Policy

The ALLFLAC website is currently owned and operated by Music & Media Concepts Limited (Aissela, 46 High Street, Esher, Surrey, England).

ALLFLAC takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfil customer orders and (if requested by the customer) to provide information via our e-mail mail-outs. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers, and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals.

Information Collected

To process your order, we require the following data: your name, e-mail address, billing address, and — if you store your details with us — your credit card number and expiry date. You are solely responsible for the way you use this data on our site. To receive our new-release information e-mails, we only require your e-mail address.

Security

For your safety we use a highly secure order-processing server with its own secure certificate. Your order is entered using a secure server, and your credit card information is transferred internally using PGP, the most powerful encryption available. Your customer details are never sold, and your card details are only known by our processing bank. The shopping-cart part of the site is secure, so that your order details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent to us.

To help protect your ALLFLAC account information, please keep your password secure. We suggest you pick a non-obvious password that mixes numbers and letters, and we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any ALLFLAC account information. Remember to sign out of your ALLFLAC account and close your browser window whenever you leave your computer, so that others cannot access your personal information — your computer may be accessible to others or used in a shared setting.

ALLFLAC’s Privacy Policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond ALLFLAC’s control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.
